Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have a welcoming smile, love interacting with people, and enjoy working in a vibrant environment, this role is for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Manage reservation and seating systems efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about our menu and services.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entry area and dining room.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in planning and managing private events or special occasions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Host in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A welcoming and vibrant personality that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage the demands of a busy entrance.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
